During my second day in Agra we headed outside to see everything outside the Taj Mahal. In the Baby Taj to Agra Fort, there is so much more to see in Agra!
Our first stop of the day was that the Baby Taj known as I’ tim?d – ud-Daulah’s Tomb. I’ tim?d – ud-Daulah’s grave is considered a draft of those T?j Mahal. It is a beautiful building and location when seeing Agra, most folks skip.
Next we headed to the Mehtab Bagh which is known as the royal gardens. From here you get a number of the greatest views of the Taj Mahal. Sunset and sunrise are the best times to visit the gardens.
When the funding was changed to Delhi from Agra, the site on the excursion was Agra Fort, it had been the residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638. Even the Agra fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Agra Fort is a wall town with palaces inside.
To finish our tour we all headed to The Guru Chef restaurant to try out some Petha. This candy is famous in Agra. It is a candy that is soft that is translucent. Cylindrical or usually rectangular, it’s created of the gourd vegetable. It is candy and really hard! This is really. Many people only see Agra for a day however I advise that you spend to be able to see the Taj Mahal and each of of the key sites.
